Invoices are payable per the terms specified on each invoice. Late payment may incur interest.
Final delivered work transfers to the client upon full payment. Underlying tools, methods and pre-existing IP remain with Makesync Plus.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared business information.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
